As an essential business servicing the foodservice industry we are open and operating. In accordance with recommended policies of social distancing, safer at home and others, we are doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Where possible we have employees working remotely, we are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting and we are keeping apprised of the changing information as it becomes available and pertains to you our customers. Below we have answers to some of our most common questions regarding business under these unusual circumstances.

Hours/Customer Service

Our regular business hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm M-F

Customer Service is available via phone, email or chat
8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

We have some staff working remotely where possible.

You may still log into your account and place orders online 24/7.

Deliveries/Shipping

Deliveries are being made via UPS/FedEx. As long as you are able to receive shipments you will receive your order.

Additionally if no one is present when the deliveries arrive, the shipments will be returned to us. So please make sure your business is open when you are expecting your delivery.

Customer Pick-up

  • Please use the side door to the warehouse only.
  • Masks are required when entering the building.

Team Welfare

We have people working remotely as well as limited staff both in the office and warehouse.

We are following the social distancing protocols as well as taking daily temperatures, sanitizing surfaces, hand washing policies etc.

It’s reassuring to remember that packages usually are shipped over a period of days or weeks and it’s not likely that the virus would survive on them if exposed in a warehouse.
