SUGGESTIONS:

1) (most likely) Norton Internet Security is blocking your validation from running, so the form gets stuck waiting for approval. It is recommended that you either add www.hhdonline.com to the "safe" sites list or disable the software.

2) It could be some vague over limit issue. Is you're maxing out every field of the system (probably not), but if so, try filling in just the minimum required fields and see if the problem is still there.

3) IE 6 (highly unlikely, since almost every one is currently using it), but if that may be a problem, then you could upgrade to IE 7 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx
