distributor for the Office Coffee, Vending and Water Industries.
There are plenty of competitors that have a small portion of the
products we carry but none that even come close to all. Upon
comparison, you will find that our prices are usually the best. We
take great care in having the highest quality products and a
reliable supply of these products. We stock everything in our
catalog. Therefore, we can provide you with service and fast
delivery, today and everyday!
We are the only company that distributes replacement parts for the
major coffee machine manufacturers. Our goal is to become your
Single Source Supplier for all of your service needs. In addition to
plumbing & electrical parts, Everpure, & Omnipure filters, you can
also order Brewmatic, Bloomfield, Wilbur Curtis, Crathco,
Grindmaster, American Metalware, Karma, Aquabrew, and Newco parts in
addition to Tomlinson products. These are the factory parts at
factory direct pricing. We do not have a factory direct agreement
with Bunn-O Matic or Cecilware. These parts shown may be the same or
the equivalent of the factory part generally at a lower price.
Instead of faxing your parts orders to each of the manufacturers,
simply fax them all together to us. Same part numbers, same parts,
save freight. WE SAVE YOU TIME, FREIGHT AND MONEY!
Please Note:
· We ship same day 99% of the time if your order is received before
2:00 PM
· Any backorders will be shipped automatically, unless you request
differently
· No minimum order.
Our customer service staff will make every effort to assist you with
your order. However for your own protection, technical questions on
specific equipment or the installation of the parts, should be
directed to the technical service departments of the manufacturer of
the equipment or to your service manuals. We are very good at what
we do but we are not experts on EVERY part for EVERY machine! Once
you have identified the part numbers we will be more than happy to
enter your order. Please understand that we are not comfortable
trying to figure out the “thingamajig” attached to the “whatsit” you
are describing. Errors can be costly. Please don’t put us in that
position.

eliminated using this method. For example: “C”, “T” and “G” sound
very similar over the phone and can make a drastic difference in the
part you receive!
IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION
For the past 17 years Holiday House Distributing
has continued to grow 20-40% every year. Our growth has allowed
us to be extremely aggressive in pricing allowing us to
consistently lower our costs and therefore your costs over the
years. In 2006 there have been substantial increases in the
costs of plastics, metals, and oil based products. The largest
increases have been for brass and copper which have seen
increases of 70-110%. These basic increases cause a rippling of
increases by the time it reaches you. Please understand that we
will make a valiant effort to keep prices consistent but our
prices are subject to change. Our customer service department
will confirm pricing at time of order at your request. The
pricing was accurate at the time of printing, but may change
with market conditions and manufacturer requirements. We will
continue to build our product line which in turn will only
enhance your profitability. We want to earn your business.
